Pegasus 平底濾紙

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the cup tastes with these Japanese paper filters—the limited flow restriction really lets the coffee's natural sweetness shine through without any bitterness.

I was a bit skeptical about paper quality mattering, but the Japanese paper in these filters really does make a difference—the coffee tastes noticeably smoother with less bitterness. They also fit my flat-bottom brewer perfectly without collapsing.

These filters make a noticeably cleaner cup than the bleached ones I used to buy, with zero papery taste. The Japanese paper is surprisingly thin yet never tears, and my pour-over flow is perfectly even.
