Setting it up in the fridge is so easy, and the glass carafe feels nice and sturdy. After about 12 hours I had a smooth, not-at-all-bitter concentrate that lasted me all week.

The fine mesh basket keeps all the grounds out of the brew, so the coffee comes out crystal clear with no grit at the bottom of my glass. Leaving it in the fridge overnight gives me a smooth, strong concentrate that I can just dilute with milk in the morning. This is now part of my Sunday routine.
